How to Order:

We offer a few different purchase options at Pro Sound Service Inc./Pro Sound Parts. Please feel free to choose your method of ordering. Note, purchasing online using a credit card with the "Add to Cart" buttons is safe (protected), preferred and the most seamless method of payment. We are confident in our credit card security transactions as we have never had any incidents of fraud or theft using Paypal.

 

Payment Methods

1. Credit Card / PayPal "Add to Cart" :

Simply clicking on the button next to the product will take you to a "shopping cart" screen. The screen will allow you to review the contents of your order and the quantity per item chosen.  You can then select Payment method (either credit card or PayPal).  Shipping costs are automatically calculated. You will receive a order confirmation e-mail from Pro Sound Parts within one (1) business day of your payment.

 

2. Order Form:

Click on and print out the PDF file type Order Form to pay via credit card direct.

 

3. Bank Wire Transfer:

Email us at sales@prosoundservice.com or call us at 781-849-1285 and request bank wire instructions, along with a list of the products you want, your full name and shipping address.  We will email you instructions.

Do you offer special orders? Yes, we are happy to please.  Please call us with your requirements at 781-849-1285.

 

What is your pricing policy?  We offer great pricing and technical support second to none.  All our sales people are "real life audio guys".

 

What is your minimum order?  We have no minimum order, although small orders shipping charges may exceed the cost of the item.  Also some manufacturers we drop ship from do have minimum order policies. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill a small order.

 

Do you have a Dealer program for businesses?  Yes.  We specialize in sales for contractors, installers and repair stations.

 

What is your backorder policy?  We will inform you of any item that cannot be shipped within 72 hours and give you the option of a back order, substitution item or to cancel the item.

 

Do you have a catalog? Due to the constant changes in the marketplace, we do not print a catalog.  Our website is being updated constantly.  This allows us to pass the savings on to you.

 

What is your product warranty? The warranty period varies with the vendor.  All merchandise sold by us is brand new with a full manufacture’s warranty in the U.S.A. (unless specifically mentioned otherwise).  We sell no grey market, knockoff or counterfeit gear.

 

Do you honor competitor pricing? If from a legitimate source, closeouts, discontinued, used or B Stock not included.

 

Can I change an order after it's placed? Up to the time that the order is shipped, other than special orders.

  

Do you have daily specials? Sometimes.

 

What is my customer # used for? This allows us to access your previous purchase history, which allows us to quickly help you with advice on new gear recommendations.

 

Will your company give out quotes for parts and shipping? Absolutely, quotes on special orders are never a problem.

 

What is MAP Pricing?

There are throughout our website a number of items that have MAP pricing.  We adhere to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restrictions because our relationship with our authorized suppliers demands it.  We are an honorable, honest company - we keep agreements with vendors AS WELL as our customers, because it is the right way to do business.  Such adherence also guarantees our customers...YOU...get proper and prompt service from these manufacturers should you need it, not to mention advance notice on exciting new model launches, which often hit the market in extremely limited quantities. 

 

We respect our MAP contracts, and wherever the scope of that agreement permits Pro Sound Service an avenue to supply product for a transactional selling price below MAP, we make those prices available to you in the easiest, quickest manner allowed us.

 

Oneline Pricing vs. Store/Showroom Pricing:  Online pricing on our site may or may not be available for the identical item in our store location. Some items are available via drop-ship or special-order only and may not be in stock in our showroom.  Please check with our sales staff before you arrive in our showroom requesting a product or price from our website.

 

Shipping:

We Endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours. We will advise you if we have a back order situation and your order cannot ship within this time frame.

 

Orders received after 12 noon EST will not ship until the following business day and are subject to product availability. Please call us Toll-Free at 877-776-7631 / 781-849-1285 to check availability and if you need expedited shipping before 2PM EST.

 

To protect all credit card users, orders are shipped to address on file with credit card company. 

All International Sales are payable via Verified PayPal or bank wire transfer. 

 

Credit Card Billing Address:

Note:  In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, your billing address must match the same address of the credit card used for payment. The “Billing Address” is considered the address in which they mail your credit card statement to. If you are unsure what this address is, please check your credit card statement.  We will only ship to the billing address on the credit card and it cannot be a P.O. Box.  

 

Our postage charges include Postage, Packaging, Handling and Insurance (where applicable). Shipping charges for all international orders need to be quoted and invoiced prior to shipment. The carriers we use depend on the products purchased and your location.  Please e-mail for international shipping quote. Or you can purchase from the page and we will follow up with an e-mail notifying you of the additional cost to ship. In most cases there will be no additional shipping costs for Canadian orders.

 

Do you ship internationally? Yes we have several international shipping options. For international orders we only accept bank wire transfer for payment (we do not accept international credit cards).

How long does shipping take (*please see our holiday shipping schedule below)- Normal in-stock items will be shipped the same day the order is received if order is placed before 2:00P Eastern Standard Time.  We Endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours. What are your shipping methods? UPS and parcel post are our normal shipping methods.  

 

What are your shipping charges? Our shipping charges vary with the item, distance and how quickly you need your gear.

 

Will you ship large quantities? Yes.  Large and small quantities are equally as important to us.

 

Are your shipments insured? Shipments are always insured unless the customer requests no insurance, thus taking responsibility for any damage or loss.

 

How much shipping should I add if I want to mail payment with my order? Call for shipping charges.

 

What is your cut-off time for same day shipping?  2PM Eastern Time.

 

What is meant by "dimensional weight"? Some items such as speaker recon kits are very large but weigh very little.  The shipping companies base their charges on the dimensions of the package rather than the weight in this case.

 

Where do I obtain the UPS tracking # to track my package?  We will always email you a UPS tracking number at the end of the shipping day.  This will allow you to track your package in real time on the UPS tracking website.

 

What is the shipping cost based on?   Distance, weight, value, time and size.

Do you ever provide shipping discounts? We always provide you with the best and most reasonable shipping rates available.

 

Are all orders shipped same day?  For all in-stock products ordered before 2PM EST.
 

International Shipping:
 
What countries do you ship to?  All countries.

 

What are your payment terms?  International orders are payable only with verified PayPal or bank wire transfer and cannot be ordered on this website. Please contact us directly.

 

What are your shipping charges?  They vary with location, package size/weight and how quickly you need them.

 

What is your back order policy for international shipping?  We will inform you of any item that can't be shipped within 72 hours and give you the option of a back order substitute item or cancel the item.
 
Do you have a minimum purchase on international orders?  Yes, because of the cost to prepare international customs paperwork, we have a $50.00 minimum order.

Which carrier do you use to ship international orders?  Air Express, UPS Aire, Parcel Post and/or Surface.  Your choice.

 

Does shipping cost include custom/ duty fees?  Because every country has different customs policies, we can't include those fees in our shipping costs.  You will be responsible for the customs fees your country imposes, if any, on your shipment.


Please Remember:

The purchaser upon receipt of the goods must pay any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of destination.

 
Packaging:

We take special care in protecting your products once purchased. We use recycled packaging where able, to keep costs down (and conserve our trees).


Availability of Stock:

Orders usually leave our facility within 48 hours.  Custom ordered items will ship within 7 to 14 working days.

 

We can not guarantee that all items are in stock when you place an order, but in most cases it will be. We also drop ship many items from directly from their manufacturer.

 

If a popular item sells out and we need to reorder, we may have to wait for the goods to arrive into our warehouse, in which case goods may take a little longer to dispatch. 

 

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 10 working days, we will notify you and you will have the option of canceling your order.

 

We make every effort to keep our webpages current and accurate, however some prices are based on a limited quantity of inventory on hand.  Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice.  All products and service are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.  If an ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason we will offer an alternative model (if available) or give a full refund.

 
Returns
Do you offer a money back guarantee? On new, unused, unopened gear less any shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

 

We accept returns on new, unused, unopened gear less shipping charges and restocking fee, when a return authorization is requested within 7 days of receipt.  Special orders, closeouts, one of a kind, custom items, non stock items and ALL RIGGING AND MOUNTING HARDWARE  are final sale only and non returnable!

 

For life safety reasons and to ensure that you, the customer, receive fresh, unused, unstressed products, we do not and cannot accept returns for Allen Products, ATM Hardware, and/or any other brand of rigging and mounting hardware.

 

Do I need my Return Authorization Numbers (RA #'s)? Yes

  

How does return shipping work?  If we should make a shipping error, we will pick up the return shipping and replacement order shipping.

 

What do I do when my product arrives damaged? We insure all packages and will always assist in damage/loss claims with the shipper.

 

What if I refuse my delivery?  You will be charged for outgoing and return shipping costs.

 

What is your processing time for exchanges/ refunds? Transit time plus 24 hours.

 

Can I return a part even if I don't have the original carton? In order to be fair to all customers, we must insist on unopened, complete packaging returns for all items.

 

 

Warranty Information

Pro Sound Service Inc. | Pro Sound Parts is an authorized distributor for all new gear that is for sale on this site, as such all items carry a full manufacturers warranty in the United States. In addition, Pro Sound Parts is a warranty station for many of the manufacturers whose gear we sell and distribute. We will be happy to assist any customer with repairs both in and out of warranty for any items that we sell.

 

All brand, company or product names contained may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Site content, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. This site is under construction and we cannot be held responsible for misprints and/or typographical errors.

Holidays:  We observe all major holidays. Items ordered on a holiday or after 2pm EST the day before a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
